Adding to the dark sonic thing, maybe it can be 25 rings with 3 emeralds to turn dark sonic, but it functions like the SMS transformation, as in you can take 2 hits before you lose the form, regardless of ring count. It would have Pseudo-Invincibility, and would only be invincible to spikes and elemental hazards such as fire, lava, and lasers(?). The transform button would be mapped to C3 (if C3 isn’t already being used for some other move.) If you have all 7 emeralds, and Super is mapped to C3, then Dark would be either Toss Flag or Fire Normal + C3. With all 7 emeralds, Dark becomes Super Dark, floating spines, invincibility and all. He is slightly faster than Super at the cost of an EVER SO SLIGHTLY faster ring drain. Of course this is just a suggestion, you don’t actually have to do this Blur

BUT if he does actually consider doing this, I forgor to mention Dark Sonic has no ring drain, Super Dark does
oh yeah and Dark is noticeably faster than base

I would think super dark would have to be an alternate version of super, rather than being objectively better, as it doesn't use infinite power from real chaos emeralds in the anime...
It'd likely have to be good for fights, not so good for being invincible or going fast, with the same ring drain as super. Also... we never actually see dark super sonic fly. (p.s. the jp eyecatch card says super sonic has quite literally infinite power and speed, so I don't think dark super would canonically be stronger there either). As for ideas for differences, maybe dark super has forced movement out of the way of danger like an auto dodge, as opposed to normal super's just likely obliterating enemies/obstacles. Dark super would likely have less end lag for things and potentially deal more damage to non-bosses, and attacks themselves could be faster as well. Maybe higher acceleration, but overall lower speed compared to super (as we see dark sonic seemingly vanish from kneeling down).
