Some mods wont let me download them?

Mods like the modern sonic mod by MOTDSPARK, do not have the orange download button in the top right. Nor can i find any method of download on the page. Help me out?

You'll need to go to the discussion page and check the very first message's attachments if the download button is not there.

These are usually happening with mods made before the MB switch
