Soap's Combo Bar - Pizza Tower Combo bar!

This is mostly all old code for Soap. This addon brings a combo meter to every character. To disable this for your skins, set player.alreadyhascombometer = 2 every frame.

Now I have one I can use with anything other than Nick's Tower of Pizza Pack without it feeling out of place! Thanks! (The other one recently made is good, still, just... it's specific; this one is all-use.)

Hello luigi budd, this mod very nice but i found the bug on combo.

Before:

After:

The combo somethink isn't right on it, when you get 10 or hign combo and start new combo it's a same combo that you have it.
If you see this bug on my gif, please fix it somehow on it.
