I've been working on a few mods to practice with SRB2K modding (some of which I did release independently outside of this site) and I have one I'd like to do, but might need some help with: The cowardly duo of Shaggy and Scooby-Doo!

I do plan on using the "two riders" kart for this (or maybe make a custom Mystery Machine inspired kart) but I wanted to work on Shaggy first to make sure he fits in the driver's seat first.
 
I decided on making it a custom kart after all
