A few things; the hat itself seems to be badly resized, as it has some unchanging grey pixels at the edges, which looks REALLY ugly with especially contrasting colours. Also, the hat should re-adjust itself when you're jumping/spinning/doing anything that changes your visual height. A few different sprites for different angles would be nice too.

Also, how even possible Christmas theme on SRB2 2.1.14? Is that a mod or something? Cause i renember back in 1.09.4 there was a command for it
 
These look pretty cool, but the sprites could use some work. They just look a little bit messy, that's all.
