Best girl Sanae Kochiya from the Touhou series has arrived! But she forgot her kart, not that she needs it anyway.

At a nice 5 speed, 2 weight build, she hovers off the ground and flies cleanly though the air, but without the weight of a kart to support herself, she becomes very vunerable to being pushed and bumped around.

Eh, probably not. I hardly have the motivation to even continue updating this one since nobody actually uses this mod, let alone create a new one. You might be better off asking any of the actual touhou kart spriters here for it instead.
