Something's wrong with my copy of Sonic 2

i would like to report a few bugs
they'll all be shown with gifs except for one
1. wait animations dont get reset when walking/running (only if you jump or skid)
2. skid animation is basically one frame if its a manual skid
3. spindashing by simply crouching (i have no idea how this happened but i accidentally chose sonic (and afterwards sonic & tails) then chose him right after and this started happening)
4. he causes resynches in multiplayer (no gif for this one)

A very interesting character he is, pretty buggy but theres still a lot to improve. I believe 100% you can do it

i dont think this character has anything to do with resync's, maybe its just an issue with your wifi or the server??
(also i read everything else and i will see if i can fix those bugs)

yeah i know, im just doing stuff rn, ill post the update after im done with these stuff

Is this addon alone, since im mostly playing on Multiplayer i find some inconcistency when i test it on Single Player
Also, the air movement and the lack of slow down with Autobrake is terrible im sorry to say
 
maybe the input latency is making it feel weird? other than that i've got no idea
