[Ring Racers] Regarding the spray can colors

Hello, I've been making some characters for Ring Racers and I got wondering, is it possible to rip the spray can colors from the game so I can apply them to the sprites as I'm making them? I know they're part of the SRB2 palette but I just wanna know if I can rip the specific palettes from the game
