Right Stick not working properly?

So when I try to use my Xbox Wireless Controller to play SRB2, the Right Stick doesn't control the camera properly. Instead RS up and down are left and right for the camera and left and right are fire and fire normal. Anyone know how to fix this?
 
Check your Gamepad Options, and configure which axis controls the camera movement. Also check Controls Configuration and ensure you haven’t mapped any analog inputs to the fire buttons.
 
I was configuring the axis controls for a while, and all the options caused my controls to be mapped to weird buttons like jump on left trigger and spin on LS Down (I'm pretty sure mapping buttons to the sticks and triggers isn't possible). So I just deleted my config.cfg to go back to default settings and re-customized everything from there except gamepad options, and now my controls are back to normal. Thanks for the help Dude!
