Retro Sonic - The mod that crashes your game (Please don't ban me)

Void Animates

Just a guy who loves... EVERYTHING!
So I was making my mod (inspiration:https://mb.srb2.org/addons/retro-sonic.3616/)
RETR0 SONIC
And then my game crashed.
It happened everytime I loaded the mod.
I have the rpt and the mod.
I'm not gonna share the mod so It doesn't get in the wrong hands (im looking at you mod stealers like Green the hedgehog.)
Here is the crash rpt
The crash happened on the Uncapped build
The mod was tested on vanilla and...
Fascinating
I dont really know where to put this since there is so much going wrong with what happened.

The addon was just for Kart, not for Vanilla

If you are reporting a bug, please use a proper thread name, try to reproduce the issue with the vanilla game, and if it happens again report it in https://mb.srb2.org/forums/bug-reports.8/.

It's hard to troubleshoot addon issues when using a non-vanilla executable. Only the developer of the version of the executable you're using can figure out the issue. If you're reporting an issue with uncapped, take it up to the developer instead.

We don't ban people for asking questions like this, but if you're ever wondering if you can/should post anything else, ask us about it here.

I mean, this happened both on vanilla and uncapped.
Also btw, I dont really think it's about uncapped. I think it's the addon itself.
I was trying to add a nametag but I got an error. SIGSEGV on uncapped and a lot of gibberish on vanilla.

Ok.

All I had to do was load the addon and boom, game crash (uncapped).
But on vanilla the console just says gibberish.

Then cause the crash again in vanilla and provide the .RPT file for that crash.
This .RPT file basically points to a spot in the source code, and because code betwen vanilla and uncapped may be different, this uncapped RPT is essentially unusable for identifying the issue in vanilla.

You might also want to provide the addon that causes the crash, or create one that does the same thing.
