Resort Island

This is a race port of my map for SRB2Kart version of Resort island to SRB2.

I've made some adjustments to include rings in the same areas as the original Sonic R game and added some random monitors near the emblem locations.

I've been SUPER excited for this map ever since it was annouced, now to thrash my friends in Sonic Racer Blast 2!

I'm so excited to see a Sonic R stage in SRB2. I really love this.
For some CC though, I think the stage itself feels a little small, and some of the textures are either not lined up correctly or too small/too many tiles
