Questions on how to use bots an a request for a level from the sonic the hedgehog OVA

Good afternoon. I have a question about something people are able to do when they want to play with bots in multiplayer instead of people.
How do you add bots when you have old version cause I was thinking of doing a metal vs sonic place with land of darkness theme from sonic OVA but i am not that good at that so I may ask someone to do that. So back to my question, how do you add bots in a game like match game (cause that is what the place will be in for matches)

Bots are only available in SRB2JTE which is not compatible with the current version of SRB2.

cause i like the old version cause some of the best mods i have played are only for the version i have but its ok if you don't understand :D

I need do agree with you in some points Demyx, the old version is better because of OGL mode.

see there is a point there about opengl an that you can add bots an most the wads are for that version.

I beg to differ.

Also, most wads that have redeeming value are being ported or have already been. And bots are simply too stupid to be fun.

ya but when you add bots you actually have an enemy that isn't easy to defeat thats why i want o know about the way to make bots an use the level request i need.an i differ also some levels an characters can't be ported over like SRB2U (my fave) some just stick with the old version.an most i use do so an i have been getting stuff only for the version i got an i have to say i don't want to switch versions :D

SRB2U can be ported, it just hasn't been. And I consider the quality of this mod debatable at most, but that's another story...

I don't actually know if it's possible to put a bot in a level on startup as an enemy, and it might require some scripting.
