Port forward not working SRB2Kart

I want to host a server in SRB2Kart, however when I open the server and check port 5029 using https://www.portchecktool.com/ it says it's closed with "connection timed out". I've tried hosting a Minecraft server using port 25565 and the port checker says that's open. I'm not sure what's going wrong. I have an Xfinity router and definitely have the right ip. What's going wrong?

Alright more seriously i think it may comes from the port forwarding being fucked up are you sure you did the udp and not tcp way

Nobody tells you this anymore for some reason but if there is an option called “DMZ” turn it on
