I tried... I failed. I need to either move on or start over again. And I've come so far... That I don't want to start all over again...

well 2 qustions with that. 1. will the items become usable? 2. i saw while exploring the level index on the host screen i saw SRB2 Universe lobby, act 1,2 and 3. will act 2 be on zone 2, and act 3 be on zone 3, and whats the lobby for?

For weapons and armor and stuff, you can equip them using the console (as of now, only handgun-type and saber-type weapons do stuff), but there will be some special items you can "use" on yourself... Which will be another console command... I'll make a menu system for it all eventually, but right now console commands are the best I got for you

if you went to a special area sometime in your life, it might come up in your dreams 1 time or another.

A special area? Dude, I NEVER even set foot outside my house! And as far as I know, I've never gone to a huge mountain with skulls on it. Or even just a mountain so tall that it has parts without trees.

wow you figured that out? thats great! the spmoves special characters will be cool too.

What's to figure out? I just made the code triggered by something else other then a player...

do you mean chao world spm? it doesnt seem like a rail... make it alittle skinny-er. i tryed it, itll work, maybe. Even if youre a newbie in programming, youre an expert in srb2!

Those are little things I call "Roller Coasters". Yeah, I used the same sector type I use for rails, but the first REAL rail (that the public has seen, at least) would be in Rock Skull Mountain Zone, in the second area of the map, on any difficulty above Easy... Right before the abrupt ending where I forgot what was in the second mountain...

WOW. I can't believe i've never heard about any of this. About this PSO thing... when you equip a weapon, do you actually see your character holding it?

Not yet, but I have it all set into the design... If someone could get me the sprites for all the different types of weapons and shields and stuff (and special ones for every single special thing), I could make it easily at this point.

The player's guide has all of the weapons in the back of the book and their pictures, if I can find it and scan it, I'll let you know :D

No, I need a full set of all the weapons in normal sprite form, with the 5/8 directions and everything. That's a lot different then just 1 pic for each item.

Open the .WPN files as if they were WADs.

As for the shields, check SRB2.SRB.

Sure... Just make sure you get them from the 8 directions and nothing in-between by slipping the joystick into a grove or something. Or if you use PSOPC, use the number pad. Good luck... I just need 1 set of pics for each type of weapon and another set for all the special ones. Some Mags would be nice too, if you have a few. Like I said, it's all in place; I just need the graphics to be able to implement it and test.

ok... ill try since I'm very good at ripping any kind of 2-dimentional or 3-dimentional item sprite/character sprite. But, i don't have PSO. I also don't play it, know anything about it, or how it is anyway sonic related. you could take screen shots of the items. In the shot, i can edit it to make it look like it is glowing, or 3dimentional, or shiney, or big, or small, cause thats how good a spriter i am. Heck, i can make it so it doesnt look ripped. But, you need to send me screen shots of all the items and stuff you need. Okay?

Edit: Oh, and what do you mean by mags?

PSO isn't exactly Sonic related, but it is made by Sonic Team and has some other Sonic Team characters in some places ((I.E. There's a Chao mag, Omochao mag, Chu Chu mag, Kapukapu mag,) Mags are little robot helper guys, they basically help you distribute your stat points).

Just thought I'd tell you how it was related to Sonic :P

You know there's a nationwide tomato shortage, right?

I just noticed that the other day. My local Wendy's put up a sign on their order board in the drive-thru saying how, because of recent Florida hurricane damage, tomatoes are in devestatingly short supply. But rather than put low-quality parts in their foods, they're just not putting any tomatoes in at all unless you specifically request for it, and even then only if they have them in.

I usually eat my burgers so fast that I never even realize the tomatoes were there anyways.
