Nintendo Direct - June 18th, 2024 (SPOILER ALERT)

SPOILER ALERT: if you see this, please do not go into the thread, it's spoilers about the latest Nintendo Direct. I can tell you one thing though, that this direct will be the last time we get to see the Switch, which means that the Switch's lifespan is over. Still, please don't click on the spoiler (If you want spoilers).

Spoiler: Nintendo Direct Spoiler

After what happened in this direct, it's awesome that we got a new Mario & Luigi game. Donkey Kong Country Returns is back on the Switch, this time in HD. Luigi Mansion 2 HD is amazing, we're almost having all of the Luigi Mansion Games on the Switch soon (probably when the Switch's lifespan ends).

Oh, and we got to see Super Mario Party again (except, it's separate from the original game). Which is called "Super Mario Party Jamboree"

Still, what are your thoughts about this? Do you think this Nintendo Direct was an interesting and great direct? Or do you think this direct was horrible and one of the worst directs out of all of them?

Personally, the direct is still just fine, I was only excited for the new Mario & Luigi game and the masterpiece, Metroid Prime 4 Beyond

I mean... IT'S BEEN LIKE A FREAKING LONG TIME SINCE METROID PRIME 4 WAS FIRST TEASED AND NOW HERE WE ARE TODAY WITH THE FIRST LOOK AT GAMEPLAY?! WHAT TOOK THEM SO LONG?! Also, it's weird to not show the Switch 2 on that direct because this is near the end of the OG Switch's life-spam. Also I was not expecting that Nintendo themselves will make a another Mario & Luigi game after Alpha Dream got Bank-robed. And I was honestly surprised that Link is not the hero in that new Zelda game. Overall, interesting, upcoming games left and right.
