I found out from the community server that it got pulled. Possibly because of some missed bugs
 
Sorry, we were rolling out 2.2.10, but had to fix a bug last-minute. Please wait a little longer...
 
2.2.10 just dropped. but as of right now the main site still directs you to 2.2.9's download, so you'll have to use the github.
