have no Idea what an s-skin is. Is that important? If the link doesn't work, just enter it manually.
Oh, and as long as I'm here, here's a "small" list of characters I'd like to see... *Takes a very deep breath*
Amy, Cream, Chaos, a chao, Charmy, Mighty, Espio, Bean and Bark(from the arcade game Sonic CHampionship), a chocobo (from the Final Fantasy series), a moogle (same series), Rotor, Antione, Bunny, Sally (from the SatAM cartoon), Bonkers, Marsupalami (Disney cartoon characters), the Animaniacs, Taz, Bugs Bunny, Daffy, Marvin the martian, Sylvester (looney toons characters) Rocko, Heffer, Filbert (from the cartoon Rocko's modern life), a potato with a jetpack (mentioned by someone else) a cute, sized down T-rex, the state of Misissippi (the actual size must be correct, and I mean EVERY square mile), an Immobile rock, and finally, a roll of toilet paper. :P
I'd continue, but i'd be pushing my luck (and safety) if I did.

as long as Rits from Rits bits sandwiches (just a little joke there) doesnt mind seeing Vector facing only left and up, I'll make the wad for him.
And its gonna take some programming to make a shooting Cheese for a Cream wad.
If you guys want, I could show you my Chaos Zero wad. ripped from Sonic Battle, you'll oviously see how it should only be played on 2d games.
