Netgame Question

For some reason, when I host a netgame, my freind can't see it nor join it. But when he hosts a netgame, I can see it & join it.
Why is that?

Maybe you are hosting a private server by accident?

Or someone of you have a low connection.

It's because you don't have port 5029 open.
