Multiplayer ipv4 not working for friends

So basically I port forwarded my router and everything but for some reason I can only host a game for the master server instead of just making a private one for my friends to join through the ipv4. Does anyone know what I may have done wrong or how to fix it? It would mean a lot to me if you could help me out.

You... Just dont choose a room and make it unlisted

Basically When I play Unlisted mode my friends aren't able to join through my IPv4 which confuses me because I gave them the correct numbers and everything.
