Model doesn't work very well...

So I'm editing a Sonic Championship model (Sonic The Fighters for the Japanese folk) and It doesn't work well, I don't know how to export the textures combined because I put 2 different textures onto the model.
This is what it looks like in game

and these are the textures

Model and my textures(all with model because i cant upload it because idk how to)

when I put it at a normal size, say like 3.0 0.0
its too big

Shrink the model's size down. Preferably to something like 0.5 or something less than 1.
