Missing from the Char. Tut.

Here's something that should had been taken care of before. In the Charactor Tutioral there are Broken picture links and Tails's frames don't show when they should in the tutioral. I really think this should be taken care of. I can't do it because I don't have the frames to upload.

(also this is the 3rd time I posted this. the fist 2 were in stickies and were never responded to.)

Well, there's no real need to. Sure, it makes it look nice, but that's all it really accomplishes. There's no real reason you can't do this yourself. The frames are all in tails.plr.

edit: Cool I can! The frames shoud start to be fixed some time soon.
