LUA recreation of CA_HOMINGTHOK

I want a character to have the built-in CA_HOMINGTHOK ability. But it can only be mapped to Jump in vanilla, and I specifically want it to be mapped to Spin, along with some extra tweaks, such as: bigger range, only use the ability if something is actually being targeted, etc. I am willing to make those tweaks, but my current LUA experience leaves me unable to make it all from the ground up.

Is there any LUA recreation of this ability available?
