loop de loops

hey why aren't there any loop de loops in any of the levels that people have made? i'm just throwing the question out there, but really. can't it be done on the program or something?

The only one who managed to do something that is very close to a real loop yet, was Flame_the_hedghehog in his 2d loop wad. You might want to check it out:

yeah that was cool, it sucks that it cant be in the 3d version cause loop de loops are such a crutial element in sonic games. oh well

oo also i noticed in that loop de loop test thingy that if you die, the rings you got after the starting point dont come back. is that the same with checkpoints too, cause if you could get the rings to regenerate after you die then those ring dash loops would be worth it
