Chaos 0's Main gimmick is being able to switch between double jump and gliding, getting chaos emeralds will buff Chaos's stats

This literally came put while I was malding about not being able to play that SA legacy modpack and getting legacy characters off of mediafire lol.
Also DOOD64 legit typed out a whole essay just for a one star rating

I mean, it's valid criticism, isn't it? I wouldn't put it down for having a one star rating. More than anything, the fact that it has a one star rating is incredibly telling.

added a consvar which allows you to turn off the chaos emerald stat increase thnig (chaos_statincrease)
which just uses what your stats would be if you had 5
also buffed his jump height
changed the hud
and removed the ability switching cooldown
