Kirby Air Riders Styled Speedometer - Speed in style!

This mod replaces the speedometer with one styled after Kirby Air Riders. Not much to it, except that it looks rad as hell.

Splitscreen and input-display aren't supported, so don't do it.
Duel mode is kinda supported

The meter on the bottom right is reactive to certain gameplay mechanics

Issue: If this KARs speedometer is being used, it prevents the vanilla team score HUD from being displayed in team games. (Seems to be linked to the vanilla position display toggle setting...?)

EDIT: Issue 2 - Speedometer still displays in freecam.

Still an issue with the team score bar not showing with the KARs speedometer on.

Also, HUD breaks if player is neither exiting nor no contest, but a tally is running when unnecessary (e.g. blocked time over attempt).

Team Race update (Again)

Properly fixed the team scores not displaying with the Air Riders speedometer enabled. Both duel and team play have the vanilla position number show, but there isn't a work around other than completely rewriting both those hud elements, which I unfortunately don't have time to do
Also adjusted the alignment of the "%" text on the speedometer
