That is. I've found an advert in a spanish videogame website. it claims to you to "play classic sonic online" as typical "casino online" pop ups. I dindt enter the website, so I dont know if they make you pay for download it, or if they really have srb2 or it's only a way of making some eye candy to people to go to their website. I dont know. but here goes the advert

Wow...can stjr actually do anything about that?

Maybe they don't even care? >_>

Actually, it may be useful. Why not ask if it can be an official mirror here?
If you'd link to the website...

Looks more like they want you to download their free game download application...which most likey is spyware.

I think that adverticing SRB2 as SRB2 and not claiming it to be your, of course, its OK. but if you use SRB2 pictures and you dont say its's srb2, not only you are fooling people, you are also giving bad publicity to the game.An more if that program they sell IS spyware, people could think SRB2 is spyware. or wrost, think that srb2 is made by those people.

Exactly Ash. SSNTails should send a message to that group about taking that down unless they get permission and explain that it is SRB2 on their site. Otherwise, we will have a problem.

People that make these things are actually meant to get permission before they add it to the program. AJ should...
What they said.

Sonic is a registered trademark of SEGA.
Not SSN.

It would be idiotic of him to sue, when SEGA will probably sue right back.
