Is there a way to resize sprites using SOC?

In most cases you're better off just resizing the sprite in image editing software.
The SOC action A_SetScale will scale an object, including the sprite, but also including a number of other things such as its hitbox, speed, and other objects it spawns.
For a character specifically, you can just use SF_HIRES and highresscale in S_SKIN.
