I Need help with some texture problems

OK here is my problem, I'm trying to use my own patch's for my mod with Connor Pilkinton and when i do it it atomaticly adds the texture and the "PNAMES" lump, but when i try to turn on the mod it just says this

How do i fix that? And if there is a topic on how do do that, please post it.

Just did, didnt work...... Atleast i think i did it right
