If i know anything about models, you have to give the model "Bones?" first, and THEN animate it,
Now if i remember correctly i read something in the wiki that said that you had to replace the char frames with the model's animations or something,

I read it bc I'm also making models and I'm still not done, and i don't understand a shit in the wiki about models,
But i still remember some things
