Is it just me, or am I the only one here who thinks that the green, bomb dropping jetties are harder than the brown, shooting ones?

I think both are perfectly fine. The bomber is quite annoying though. The shooter one is also fine. Gives you enough time to kill it.

The actual enemies don't bug me, it's the way they move, they don't actually fly, they just bounce and jump, it's REALLY annoying.

Jetty-syns don't have very complicated AI, and henceforth they're rather easily faked if you figure out what they try to do. Jetty-syns attempt to stay about 100 fracunits above your player at all times. This of course means that they'll hover at jump height when you're on the ground...however, when you jump, they'll try to stay 100 units above you and dodge your jump by flying up. However, they don't do it as fast as you do, so if you jump to fake them out, land, and then jump again, you can catch them on the downward movement and they die easily.

Once you get the pattern down, it's easy to slaughter them like nobody's business, especially if you only have to deal with 2-3 at a time so you can keep them in view. The problem comes when there are enough that a gunner can get behind you can shoot you in the back ^_~

...
Which is what running around them in circles is for.
If you have a wide open space, and are attacked by lots of jettysyns, then hold UP and either LEFT or RIGHT. You'll run in a circle around them, and they'll pool in the center. You can get about 10-20 on one jump if you do this.

Wow thats a nice technique. The jetty-syns move the exact way that rings do, except a lot more and in a different target, like the bombers go on your head, like Mystic said. He pretty much summarize the way they move and to get them.

I can't do that, I don't have a turn button >.>.

Hovewer, with mouse it's impossible: because the limitation of space, at some moment you need to stop the mouse to go it back. It's the true problem and here isn't any solution for this (except keyboard or joystick).

Get a faster hand. I can turn a near perfect circle with the mouse, I just whip it to the other side of the pad real fast.

Or if you're like me and use a trackball, you just keep sliding your hand over it.. but I don't much feel like changing my mouse settings just to circle around a jetty. :/
