How is Sonic suppose to get that emblem? (Mystic Realm)

As seen here I have no idea how to get up there. and I know there is an emblem up there. So how is Sonic suppose to get up there?

Hold the jump button too. You won't bounce off them as high if you don't hold it.

THAT'S what they were for? I always thought they were just obsticles in the water to slow you down until you drown because Mystic is evil.

I never saw that Emblem before, though, so that might explain it.

 

[Super mystic sonic]

It was the first emblem I got.....but I don't know how I did anymore, though. It wasn't by use of the crawla's. I think it was by using Super Sonic to float from atop the waterfall in the start to there, altough I don't know for sure.
