Deleted how?
If you deleted them with the delete option, they might still be in your recycle bin.
Otherwise, just download them again

A fresh install of the game will come with a fresh slate of models. Alternatively, the models are available separately on the MB here: https://mb.srb2.org/threads/jeck-jims-2-2-3d-models.27566/
