How do I put bots in SRB2Kart?

I want to put bots in the game but I don't know how. Can someone tell me how to put bots? I've searched everywhere but I found no answer, not even the mod tells how... So how can I put them?

SRB2Kart does not include bot support.

However, there is a mod that adds bots here, and a guide on setting that up here.
