Good speedrun maps?

What it says on the tin. I'm making a video journal on learning to speedrun SRB2 with X Sonic (I'm so bad with him I've forgone trying to review him). I need 5-6 maps to do this on, as well as target times for those maps. I'm going to do the three big, popular choices for speedrunning I can think of off the top of my head - Black Core 1, Run, and Island Cross, but I need 2-3 others, as well as relatively achievable times for a beginner speedrunner to reach when playing as X Sonic. srb2 thicc, speed highway, and emerald coast! these levels are pretty big

Both SRB2 Generations Demo stages (https://mb.srb2.org/addons/srb2-generations-greenflower-technohill-demo.6801/). Open, linear, literally BUILT for speed.

srb2 2006 is also pretty good with levels like wave ocean and white acropolis

theres rogers city escape map and speed highway which are relatively open and have a ton of ramps so you can combo zip-dash jumps and ring burst efficiently

Doomship Zone Act 2 has some good sections for speed-running. Also the Secret train level in Sol Sestancia 2. I think one that would be really good though is CILC's Egg Rocket Zone from the 2023 Round 2 OLDC.

I don't really think Run is a good stage for X Sonic, theres alot of sections where either you shouldn't use his abilities like the train and cars one or using them is just useless cuz there is already springs or dash panels to use instead of like the Zip Dash, plus sometimes they are better to use instead of ability. Of course there is some parts where his abilities are useful, but not that much.

But hey maybe it's just skill issue and i need to git gud.
