For some reason I can't figure out, When I started up 2.0.6, the game was running about half a second slowly. This made me think at first that the level I was working on had a low gravity linedef somewhere. Nope. Then I checked the main game without a Pwad. Same floaty slowness. I tried rebooting, but it failed.
Extra info:
1. SRB2 doom builder was the first program I accessed on my first boot of the day
2. SRB2 itself was the first program I accessed on my second boot
3. Tail's flight sound is also slow in looping during flight
4. My videos outside of SRB2 are having choppy audio
I really don't want to switch to my old computer to fix this.

I don't know what I did, I took apart and re assemble my computer, and it's running at full speed again.

I think my C drive may be going.
