Game lags when touching collected emblem (2.2.12/13)

sonic heroes is a good game
In the latest version, Touching an already collected emblem lags the game for a second. Not a major bug, But it's still annoying.
Edit: It also lags for a second in the score tally screen. Also Also, Sounds keep cutting out. Most noticeable in Castle Eggman, Where the rain keeps randomly cutting out every time i collect a few rings.
