Frame drops/freezes at specific locations (sometimes random) pls help!

Hi! So i have been having this issue for a while for some reason when i'm playing srb2 like i am playing CEZ act 2 and my game has a fps drop when your in the starting area also when you come to the spring from the garden like area that place also has a drop for CEZ this always happens (but the starting area drop sometimes doesn't) and recently it was happening on ACZ act 1 when i'm just about to get in the tornado but that didin't happen before. Also when in Software mode none of those drops happen but i really don't wanna play with software mode sometimes just deleting and reinstalling fixed it but now it just doesn't. I was wondering if this just a normal like game engine problem or is it something with me i wanted to know that thanks for reading i guess lol.

(Also yes my system is more than enough to run SRB2 and yes i checked for any viruses also my drivers are up to date and i have noticed that Geforce Experience overlay made situation worse so i deleted it) Really isn't a problem anymore
