Not without an overhaul.
Their basic themes/concepts are perfect for challenge stages and tons of things could be done to not only put a fresh spin (H A H A) on those ideas, but to also make it fun as well.
You can also probably keep its base layout (i mean, the general SHAPE of the entire level) somewhat intact, but major sweeping changes would need to be made with the design in order to make the reward for unlocking these two stages worth it.
