Demo 2K3 "Have you seen me?"

While hunting down levels for the next version of SRB2TP (Demo 2K10), I ran into a snag in that 1.04 was missing Conveyor Chaos. The level was found in 1.08, but with teleport monitors and I have no clue as to what version they first popped up in. So to make sure I get the right version, does anyone have demo 2K3?

Oh yes, 2k3. I always wondered why that wasn't on the history section. Spring Hill Zone apparently debuted there, so it might be interesting to locate a copy.

Demo 2k3 was never an official-official release from what I have inferred, but rather an unofficial-official demo release. I doubt it'll be tracked down in the immediate future.

Well at the very least, how much difference is there between the Conveyor Chaos levels of 2K3 and 1.08? (Wiki had to be corrected due to map not existing in 1.04)
