A weird Neo Green Hill related issue, it's pretty odd.
According to people who play on the Tinge of Chaos multiplayer server, Neo Green Hill has a tendency to crash around the loops in multiplayer. I've tried to recreate the issue myself, and got it to crash once, although this required a bit of elbow grease since I didn't have a second person, and after getting a Sonic on the small bit in-between the dash panels and the first loop triggering and a Mighty on the area where the boosters ramp you into the loop area, crash. I couldn't record it, although I can do some more tinkering and hopefully get a recording soon enough.
