Custom Exit - gametype change doesn't work

Hi,

I'm trying to make a level where you can choose a gametype. You step on one of three End level sectors; each End level sector can lead you to a different map and gametype, but I can't get gametype change to work, even following the wiki.

If the passuse flag [today: Effect 4] (value 512 ) is set, the linedef's front side x offset will be used as the new gametype after the map change, providing it is in range (from 0 to 5, inclusive).

The map changes, but gametype remains the same.

I do know this is outdated, so I added "today: Effect 4" to the text.

If I'm asking for a help, that's because something is going wrong and I can't solve by myself. I don't know what is the correct flag/value. Well, I could try all 65536 (more or less) possible combinations until I get the result I'm wanting to, but I preferred to post here asking help.

Do you know how to make it to work?

No I don't, and to make things worse, I have a cutscene problem where scens 10 and up refuse to work.
