Crystalline Caves is an ice-themed match map, which became second place in the Official Level Design Contest of November/December 2009, with an average of 7.22. Unlike Abandoned Disco/Deserted Dancefloor, this map got a major overhaul:
-The entire stage is 150% of it's original size. This was done to make the map less cramped.
-The item placement is also entirely redone.
-The former Grenade Room has been redesigned (it is now the Bomb Room), and some more pathways have been added.
-Texturing got a minor change too, and the outside areas were edited too (graphically speaking).
-And some more fixes which I can't remember from the top of my head.
Version 1.1 fixes:
-I forgot to put in player starts, so I fixed that.
-A no-tag zone has been added, including a Tag Start Point.
Known bugs:
-Some rings in the Rail Room are undeafed, I'll fix that when there are more things that need fixing.
-When you jump to the WRM in the Grenade Room, you might see an enormous slime trail. I don't know how to fix that, maybe by making the thok barrier less failing.
