In the original Sonic the Hedgehog saga, failing to beat a level in 10 minutes would result in a Time Over. This addon attempts to replicate that feature in a way that makes sense for SRB2.
Use the console variable clock (named as such because "timelimit" is already taken by SRB2) to change the number of minutes the players have to complete the level. For instance, if you wanted levels to be beaten in 5 minutes, you would run "clock 5". Should the level time exceed this value, the player will lose a life if playing in Single Player, or the level will end if playing in Multiplayer.
Alternatively you can turn on the console variable waitforfinish to have the timer only start after the first player beats the level. This makes the behavior of the time limit act more like the Race/Competition timer. You will probably want to set the clock value to something low if enabling this option.
When a player is almost out of time, their music is set to the drowning theme.

Known issues:
- Changing the clock timer value to something higher once the music change occurs will leave those players with silence.
- The red flash for TIME on the HUD is slightly off-position in OpenGL.
