Can't add a download button to my mod (SOLVED)

This issue has been solved.

I'm trying to update one of my mods, Ultimate Randomizer (link). I did not add the download button to it when the Addons and More section was added. When I tried to do that now, I noticed that the mod doesn't have a "Change resource type" option.



EDIT: This is also the case with another mod I made that also lacks a download button, Minecraft Steve.
