Cannot connect to the MASTER SERVER...

I have WOW which is the NET connecter.

However, when I try to play a net game, it's unable to connect.

My computer is WINDOWS XP.

And I was a limited user on my account but that changed thanks to my sister who upgraded my account.

I am not banned cuz I haven't even been on a net game.

I don't get it... what am I missing?
