Can Doom be natively ported to android?

If I remember correctly, it wasn't running on the pregnancy test so much as outputting on it's LCD screen from another device.

It’s not so much that it’s running on it’s hardware, but that it’s still playable through its screen. When they got Doom to work on the Game and Watch, they had essentially jailbroken it and used the mini wad to play it. The mini wad, if you don’t know, is basically and extremely compressed version of Doom, removing almost all textures and simplifying important ones. The G&W produced an awful frame rate and no sound, but the fact that it still works is a testament to how far people will go to get Doom to work on anything with a screen
