somari machine broke again so have some characters while im at it

• Added Cyberpunk Cat (1/3)
• Added Smol Nozomi (5/9)
• Changed Somari to V4 (fixed gloat AGAIN, louder voice clips, new minimap icon)
• Moved Mad Dummy out of the .pk3. I don't really like it all that much anymore. It's still in the individuals zip file, just 'cause I don't want to just remove it entirely.
