There was something like it but I'm in england now It looked like that like a squarish Oval shape. It was slightly bigger.

Japan was great but it was hot there and the food was, well lets just say it was unusual. And I had toilet more like this one then Squat Toilet.

No you press a button. A button that has a image a but with water go up it. You do not need to use that water thing. They have tissue paper in the bathrooms. They also have set warmers.
