That is incredibly outdated. You should try to get the latest version which is 2.2.13 then you can finally the menu

The controls are just Jump and Spin but since you are in an outdated version of SRB2, you can't use them for the menu.

I'm pretty sure he's using the browser version, which is stuck on 2.2.4.

Oh that explains it. You’re using the old web browser version. It’s outdated because it runs on a older version of srb2. The creator said he won’t update anymore either. I don’t think there’s much you can do about it. Sorry
