I took now soon at the 2-month-long landmark break but I am still not sure if I want to return. Considering a new development that someone is willing to take the chop at music for Pipe Kingdom Zone, I am having a harder time deciding. Especially in the current situation in my life.

Nonetheless, I did in the past few weeks while I was building my portfolio a lot of YouTube uploads. To be exact, 13 YouTube uploads (the majority of them are shorts). However, you are free to watch them. They might be new to you or not. It didn't matter to me much, it is Dev Log not a corporate showcase of a product. See you, when I see you.

I'm surprised someone achieve the impossible.

Although, I'm impressed that you made the Blue Spheres from Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Even the Title Card looks accurate to the original! I guess sometimes modding can be impressive when it's done right (If it's possible by any means)!

It is not that impossible, just simple visual tricks are here at work. SRB2 Lua is indeed powerful, yet it could be even more. What I gonna say, I am creatively power hungry.

Alright. There was a serious grind recently.

So not just SRB2 styles got restructured to a hellish extent for me. But also, progress is for each 15-20% away.

So let's discuss the restructuring of the project as a whole.

Before, there were 6 styles (12 including cancelled ones), now there are 3 styles. However, it isn't bad for you, it is bad for me. As the previous 12 styles remain and some additional extras got merged into 3 packs:

1) Classic Styles -> (Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic CD, Sonic 3 prominent, pieces of Mania and 3D Blast and maybe in future Knuckles Chaotix),
2) Dimps Styles -> (Sonic Advance 1, Sonic Advance 2, Sonic Advance 3, Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, Sonic Colors DS),
3) Adventure Style -> (Mix of Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Adventure 1)

This merge happened because the previous plan for special stages fell flat. This, however, allowed space for customization.

(Menus are WIP, but I think they illustrate enough of what you will be able to personify for yourself in Classic and Dimps packs. Adventure Style Is more focused on gameplay changes you can change than aesthetics)

Aim with aesthetical changes, while should allow a certain level of compatibility with other mods. I was set on not to just do plain sprite changes.

Even if Special Stages are not present, systems to enter them remain and are upgraded.

Little things might get sparkled there and there.

On the topic of customization. You are free to create these types of abominations.

I do not speak in certainty, but I might finish the Blue Spheres as a separate project.

So much happened outside of SRB2 as well, I made a new website for Team Blue Spring, summarizing all the projects.
We reached certain milestones on other sites and such. I apologize this might sound a lot more like a blog update than the usual reporting I am doing here. Anyway, there is just so much work to do. Solely on one person seemingly... But I can finally see the end of the tunnel. Even if it is for some things in distance, I can still see it.

Hopefully, we will see each other there.
